Impermanent loss
What a liquidity pool costs you versus just holding, when prices move apart.

In plain words
In a two-token pool, the pool rebalances as prices move, so you end up with more of the token that fell. Compared with holding both, that's a loss, and it becomes permanent when you withdraw.
Worked example
If one token moves 25% against the other, you're about 0.6% behind holding.
